U-13 Girls are finalists at Hartford "Kick Some Grass"

The Hartford United U-13 girls' soccer team advanced to the championship game of the Hartford "Kick Some Grass" Tournament held August 24-26th. After losing Sunday morning to Sheboygan Blue Wave, the girls were still able to move on because of points and great play on Saturday. Their opponent, Sheboygan Blue Wave again!! Hartford held the lead for much of the game 1-0 but with 5 seconds left in the game Sheboygan scored and tied it up. 2 overtimes and on to a shootout, Sheboygan won 3-1 in penalty kicks. Way to go Hartford! Nice Job!
